My husband had a stroke 18 months ago. He did 12 months of physio but still his left side is not better. He can’t use his left arm at all. After having a fall at work, I couldn’t walk or move properly as I was in so much pain. My wife got in contact with Sonia and told her about my situation when she told my wife about the photo session services she offers. My wife asked me to stand up so she could take photos of me to send to Sonia so she could do a 15-minute photo healing. I was absolutely sceptical, did not believe one single bit that a photo healing could help me. What an amazing session with Sonia! I finally experienced my first Crystal Reiki session. and was amazed at how I felt during and after the session. I walked in feeling exhausted as well as having weeks of pain in my shoulders and lower back. During the session, I felt so calm and relaxed and felt my body had finally had a chance to just rest. I left feeling lighter, my pain had subsided, and I experienced the best night’s sleep in weeks. I had been suffering recently from persistent neck and back pain. Sonia suggested we needed to dig deeper after having 2  15-minute photo healing sessions. I came in to see Sonia in person for a full-body healing to get to the root cause of my pain. Sonia was wonderful. Not knowing what to expect, Sonia explained the entire process. The session was interactive. I was able to talk to Sonia, telling her what I was feeling as she worked her magic. One week on and the pain in my neck and back has disappeared, I have more energy and getting out of bed in the morning is easier. Looking forward to my next session.

I have been recently struggling with low energy, a heavy head feeling and relentless neck pain. I decided to book a 15-minute Pain Relief Intensive Photo Healing with Soul First.

This was my first time ever Crystal Reiki session. This experience with Sonia was amazing. Before we began everything, Sonia helped me clear my mind and I felt relaxed on the Reiki table. Sonia explained the process, step by step, to make me feel at ease.
