We’re often our toughest critics, especially as mums who are used to giving until little is left. Between caring for others and managing endless responsibilities, it’s easy to lose sight of our own needs—and even easier to judge the parts of ourselves we’d rather not see. We might wish away certain thoughts, behaviours, or physical imperfections, hoping they’ll simply disappear. But energy doesn’t vanish; it must be transformed. And that transformation begins with embracing every part of ourselves with compassion and healing.

When we honour the parts we’re tempted to ignore, we start to cultivate a sense of peace that goes beyond any symptom or struggle.
